Hudson Valley Dessert Company is an all-natural artisan bakery, known for our traditional, Tuscan style-biscotti which are sold throughout the region.  Made by hand from pure ingredients, they were described by the New York Times as having "more flavor than sugar with a notable crunch -- perfect for dunking in espresso or Vin Santo."

Our granola, another specialty, was featured on The Food Network and picked by the Times as a best bet for mail order giving.
