Healthcare Is a Human Right - Spring Semester Coures

Healthcare is a Human Right (HCHR) is offering a course at SUNY Ulster for the Spring Semester.

It's called Stress Management for Optimum Health.

The course will run on Mondays, February 22nd through April 5th (no class March 8th). Classes run from 5-7 p.m. at the Business Resource Center, Ulster Avenue, in Kingston. 6 sessions cost $59. To register call 845-339-2025.

Each week of the 6 sessions, a different faculty member from HCHR will present an hour or so of valuable information and then an experiential clinical session for the next hour of class.

Topics include Acupuncture, Reike, Chiropractic, Massage, Herbology, Aromatherapy, Guided Imagery and Tuning Fork Therapy.
