Ciao!  Welcome to Ristorante Emiliani!  We are a family owned and operated business, serving the Hudson Valley for over 15 years.  We take pride in serving only the best to our customers.  Chef Gianfranco makes his dishes with only the finest ingredients . . . just like grandma used to make!

We have an extensive wine list and full bar. All bread, desserts, and pastas are made in-house.  Our menu offers a bit of everything from veal, prime Angus Beef, savory chicken, fresh-caught fish, and homemade pasta dishes -- all made fresh to order.  We offer catering for all occasions, on or off premises, and have gift certificates available.
