- Committee information should remain however specific committee members should not
- Goal is to include service and benefits
Heather is going to take the lead TV 23 Advertising: Discussion: - TV 23 bylaws have changed to be able to feature local businesses
- This will be exclusive to chamber members
- DVD with the business specific show would be $400 cost to member /$100 to be funded by the chamber
- TV 23 will film and deliver approximately 10 minute highlights of each business
- 2 hours of play time per week dedicated to chamber = 10 businesses per week
- RSVP is channel 85… any local business can put on a 30 second spot/Heather will contact regarding discounted rate for members of SACOC
- Possibility of opening this up to additional advertising avenues such as Chronogram, Catskill Mt Guide Post Star (request to table)
Heather will take print Mike will take media Secretarial responsibilities: - Bob will take care of data base management. He will forward to Justine in order to have placed place on the website
- Mike will take on membership renewal (this will now become prorated) and forward to Bob
- Kevin will take on the letter from the president with Mike
- Heather will take on emailing the membership, as well as sending out meeting correspondence to the membership
- Kevin will have the phones transferred to Precision Flow (more information to follow at next board meeting
- Kevin will discuss “I Contact” with Justine. Is Justine willing to continue to maintain this data base, as she does a great job currently? In addition, what are her opinions about the significance of the “I contact data base”
Membership Meetings: Discussion: - Change in meetings as a result of membership request to hold meetings on Tues. 3/25 instead of 3/26 6/24 instead of 6/25 location Renwick Clifton

Annual Meeting: Discussion: - Legal add regarding annual meeting needs to be placed 30 days in advance
