Mission
The mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Kingston, Saugerties Unit is to work towards helping youth of all backgrounds with special concern for those from disadvantaged circumstances, develop the qualities needed to become responsible citizens and leaders.

Philosophy
There should be a positive safe place for youth in the community where they can develop ongoing relationships with caring adults and other youth.

Vision
To help youth develop into productive, responsible and caring citizens. Programs will be offered in the following core program areas: Character and Leadership Development, Education and Career Development, Health and Life Skills, the Arts, and Sports, Fitness and Recreation. Active participation should lead to youth developing a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging, power and influence.
